"I highly recommend the Clark team if you're looking for a realtor in the Triangle area. Jordan, Kadri and their team provide superior service from the beginning all the way through closing and even after. Initially my wife and I were very impressed with their website app that you can customize with the features that are important to you, if you're shopping for a new home, and it will send you all homes for sale matching your criteria as soon as they are listed. Jordan was really responsive and thorough with all of our needs. We hired Clark Team as our buyer's agent and their knowledge of the market, trends and practices was really valuable to our process. Jordan even recommended contractors to help with some updates that we wanted to do to the house that we chose. During the search they patiently took us to see many homes from Elon, NC all the way to Wake Forest, since we didn't really have a specific area in mind, and they were professional and thorough with every showing over months of searching. Jordan told us, "when you walk in to the right one, you'll know it right away!" We were truly impressed at his patience over what felt like a drawn out process to my wife and I. In the end, he was absolutely right! When we walked into our new home for the first time, my wife and I both looked at each other and knew. After our offer was accepted and we were ready to close, there were some last minute complications with our lender requesting unusual documents and other odd things that the lender claimed were necessary for the type of loan that we were approved for, and the Clark Team went after these requests aggressively making countless phone calls and sending many e-mails in order to make things happen. Jordan helped us tremendously during the negotiation process. They were present for every inspection and knew what questions to ask and we honestly had no worries because they were always one step ahead of the process and always looking out for our best interests. When Jordan and Kadri vacationed in Europe they not only set up an agent to continue our showings during the time that the traveled, they also checked in with us while on their vacation! Today my family and I are settling into a gorgeous home that is more than we had hoped for and can really say that hiring the Clark Team was the smartest choice!
